What is My Account?
We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at iTennis. You can
- manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
- change your password
- track the status of your orders
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). iTennis will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your iTennis order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

Is it necessary to have a iTennis account to shop?
While it is not necessary to have a iTennis account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop by providing just your email ID.
Payments
How do I make a payment for a iTennis purchase?
iTennis offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Cards (including American Express cards) & Debit Cards (including Maestro cards), Net Banking (covering 44 banks), E-Gift Voucher. iTennis and our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to protect your card information at all times.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on iTennis (Octroi, Sales Tax)?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with iTennis. We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 300 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 50 for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
How do I pay using a Credit card?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards issued in India. International Credit cards are currently not supported on iTennis. To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password. After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on Atom Technologies Page, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
How do I pay using a Debit card?
We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on iTennis. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.
Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on iTennis?
Yes, shopping at iTennis is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on iTennis are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks. iTennis uses latest 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the Banks for processing the payment.
Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on iTennis extremely safe and secure.

What is a 3D Secure password?
3D Secure is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D Secure password. The 3D Secure service is is also known as Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode.
How can I get the 3D Secure password for my Credit/Debit card?
You can register for the 3D Secure password for your Credit/Debit card by visiting your Bank’s website.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with iTennis.in. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Does iTennis deliver internationally?
iTennis doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.
Courier
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All iTennis items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
